ABSTRACT
We used 4D-Auto LAQ to quantitatively evaluate the morphological and functional changes of left atrium in patients with asymptomatic type 2 diabetes mellitus (T2DM), explored its correlations diabetic microvascular complications (MICRO).This study included 319 T2DM. According occurrence MICRO, these were divided into 3 groups: no complication, 1 2-3 complications. was atrial volume (LAVImin, LAVImax, LAVIpre) calculate function (DEI, PEI, AEI) different phases. Multiple linear regression analyze correlation between number MICROs DM patients.A total 279 T2DM this study. (1) The ultrasound data three groups showed that there significant difference ventricular size among groups; (2) increase MICRO number, progressively increased, storage index (DEI) gradually decreased, differences (P < 0.05). (3) analysis that: (no complication→1 complication→2-3 complications), an increasing trend (both P 0.05).In patients, a positive LAVImin LAVIpre Therefore, can dynamically reflect severity lesions
