ABSTRACT
The lack of proper management medical waste leads to environmental pollution and threatens the lives communities. Good means appropriate planning monitoring at all stages, including collection, separation, treatment, recycling, disposal which promotes a circular approach. This paper presents multi-item, multi-period, bi-objective mixed-integer linear programming economy transition model for considering uncertainty in amount generated design green reverse network. In this paper, first time, concept queuing theory is applied manage waiting time trucks carrying infectious treatment centers. addition, proposed simultaneously addresses centers' location heterogeneous vehicles routing, uses stochastic scenario-based approach deal with generated. purpose minimize total cost population risk, end, employ an improved augmented epsilon-constraint method (AUGMECON2). Finally, efficiency solution examined using data case study Alborz province that includes six hospitals, three potential collection centers, four recycling
