ABSTRACT
TADIOS is an herbal formulation prepared from a mixture of Taraxacum officinale (L.) Weber ex F.H.Wigg, Dioscorea batatas Decaisne and Schizonepeta tenuifolia (Benth.) Briquet. These plants have traditionally been used in Asia to treat variety respiratory diseases. A bulk literature on traditional Korean medicine describe their activities functions for problems. Therefore, we hypothesized that the combination these might be effective alleviating symptoms.In this study, investigated whether ameliorates LPS-induced acute lung injury via regulation Nrf2-HO-1 signaling pathway.The mouse model was determine anti-inflammatory anti-oxidative stress effects TADIOS.
