ABSTRACT
To assess the reliability of production systems, a Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (FMEA) is usually performed to determine how reliable system in its entirety. In order ensure smooth operations timely delivery orders, it necessary continuity without failure interruption. Industry 4.0 (I4.0) can provide so many benefits, but also introduces new challenges because technical components such as sensors actuators. this paper, we propose an FMEA model structure quantitative risk assessment metrics for yogurt-filling I4.0 environment. We use priority number (RPN), which product three factors: severity (S), occurrence (O), detection (D) ratings. study, fourth factor, namely, dependency (D2). compare RPN scores traditional components. The application method was presented detail, practicality verified demonstrated. get valid results, team experts utilized. Then Pareto used together with FEMA approach prioritize risks that need more attention. After that, prevention steps were introduced. Results showed four are most important ones. some I4.0, proximity color found largest priority. A better performance achieved following enhancements suggested by experts' team. reduction 55% has been implementing upgrades, indicating increase reliability.
