ABSTRACT
Alginate is a dietary polysaccharide that exerts antioxidative, immunomodulatory and anti-allergic effects. In this study, the effects of alginate on secondary structure ovalbumin (OVA) in vitro regulation OVA-induced gut microbiota disorders vivo were investigated. First, interactions between OVA studied by multiple spectroscopic methods, which showed could change OVA. Then, allergic diarrhoea was evaluated OVA-sensitized mice, demonstrated attenuate duodenal morphological damage. Additionally, when symptoms ameliorated alginate, richness diversity be partially restored, relative abundances Alloprevotella, Bacteroides, Parabacteroides Rikenellaceae_RC9_gut_group recovery trends. Therefore, improve disorder, used as potential agent for intestinal protection food or pharmaceutical industry.
