ABSTRACT
Eucommia ulmoides Oliver (EuO) is a traditional Chinese herb with effects on repairing disorders of liver lipid metabolism and enhancing immunity in mice. In this study, the EuO immune enhancement protection M. salmoides were tested by adding 3% to high-starch diet evaluated histopathology, enzymology, flow cytometry, molecular biology. The results showed that high starch promoted hepatocytes apoptosis, damaged liver, led impaired function. However, integrality was recoverd, innate response enhanced, hepatocyte apoptosis inhibited, antioxidant capacity improved after treatment EuO. These findings reveal could improve function while also injury induced diet. This study provides theoretical basis for solve disease caused
