ABSTRACT
• Fx improves renal function, lipid metabolism and fibrosis in diabetic rats. regulates p62/Keap1/Nrf2 pathway kidneys of rats HG-induced GMCs. LC3 promotes interaction between p62 Keap1 mitochondrial morphology levels MMP mtROS Fucoxanthin (Fx) has a unique chemical structure that confers its biological effects shows potential health benefits. The main purpose this study was to explore whether could alleviate nephropathy (DN) by regulating signaling improving damage. We found improved STZ-induced alleviated And regulated protein p62, Nrf2 also upregulated II/LC3 I, SOD1 HO-1, reversed the over-production superoxide, promoted Keap1, membrane reduction increased co-localization or with mitochondria Molecular docking indicated strong binding affinity compound p62. Overall, may be developed as promising functional ingredient DN.
