ABSTRACT
Irrigated arid oasis areas experience shortages in water resources and imbalances between supply demand. A rational allocation strategy must be devised to solve such problems; however, this remains a challenging issue overcome. In study, multi-objective optimization model based on metaheuristic algorithm was established for the Manas River irrigation area Xinjiang. First, considering future population growth development of ecological environment areas, resource established. This developed derive maximum economic benefits from users, improve degree which demand is met environmental restoration, reduce shortages. The adheres constraints total can used effectively area. Second, beluga whale selected problems. contrast traditional algorithms, does not rely knowledge specific problem domain, representing more generalized approach. Instead, provides general framework searching solutions, finding an approximate optimal solution, generating solution set, taking into account computation time domain. Finally, target set obtained after 100 iterations as basis identifying solution. key findings study are follows: (1) sets by applying each subirrigation district (Shihezi, Mosouwan, Xiayedi districts), four distinct user categories (agriculture, industry, household, water), consistently adhered comprehensive index district. (2) After employing 2030 projections Shihezi example, binary comparison methodology helped ascertain objective weights (0.43, 0.35, 0.22). fuzzy preference then shift through highlighting with highest superiority (ui = 0.979) (3) Under scenario, 14,912.91 million yuan, social objectives 1186.77 1.22 m3, respectively. results scenario serve reference decision-makers provide districts.
