ABSTRACT
Over the past few years, high-resolution optical imaging technologies such as coherence tomography (OCT), reflectance confocal microscopy (RCM), and multiphoton (MPM) have advanced significantly new methodologies for clinical research real-time detection, diagnosis, therapy monitoring of skin diseases. Implementation these into practice requires clinicians to an understanding their capabilities, benefits, limitations. This concise review provides insights on application OCT, RCM, MPM through images acquired in vivo from same lesions. The presented data are limited pigmented lesions basal cell carcinoma.
