ABSTRACT
Meniscus tears are prevalent in isolation and combination with anterior cruciate ligament (ACL) injury. lesions can be difficult to access often display complex tear patterns, which result technical challenges for the operating surgeon during surgical treatment. The aim of this video article is demonstrate tips tricks performing all-inside repair challenging meniscus tears. presented techniques indicated young, physically active patients symptomatic lateral medial menisci, or without concomitant ACL procedure performed using standard anterolateral anteromedial arthroscopic portals direct visualization patterns instrument access.
