ABSTRACT
The smart healthcare system plays a vital role in modern healthcare, facilitating the exchange of Electronic Patient Records (EPR) and improving medical care. Nonetheless, safeguarding inherent security confidentiality EPR data persists as formidable challenge, demanding rigorous attention innovative solutions. Digital watermarking safeguards genuineness integrity digital images is widely employed. In imaging, guaranteeing patient vital. this paper, we propose an Encryption-Then-Embedding-Based hiding scheme for that combines cryptography techniques. proposed technique encrypts information using Advanced Encryption Standard - Galois/Counter Mode (AES-GCM) before embedding. intensity-based image segmentation method then used to select Region Non-interest (RONI) embedding encrypted watermark Fused Transform-Based Method (FTBM). experiments conducted study utilize large dataset data, Cancer Genome Atlas Lung Adenocarcinoma Collection (TCGA-LUAD). findings demonstrate efficacy while simultaneously preserving quality images. comparison existing techniques, approach demonstrates superior performance terms security, authenticity, integrity.
