ABSTRACT
A Cu-10 Ni-2Ti wt.% alloy has been fabricated by induction melting and casting. The microstructure evolutions of the studied treated with thermal-mechanical treatment were characterized. After homogenized at 950 °C for four hours, hot rolling 80% 900 solid solution 970 cold-rolled 50%, aged 450 one hour, hardness, electrical conductivity, tensile strength, yield elongation approached 181 HV, 22.1% IACS, 576 MPa, 486 14.6%, respectively. shows large products strength (15.4 GPa·%, 9.3 8.41 10.1 GPa·% samples a solution, under aged, peak over-aged states), which are much higher than those other high conductive copper alloys. These findings helpful in designing new damage tolerance materials.
