ABSTRACT
A 4.5 wt.% Si non-oriented electrical steel with a thickness of 0.50 mm was prepared following conventional process route. Due to the insufficient formability high-Si steels, this study focuses on effect warm rolling temperature evolution microstructure and texture in hot-rolled sheet after appropriately selected annealing process. The optical microscope (OM) field emission scanning electron (SEM) EBSD equipment were utilized characterize during fabrication results show that significantly impacts steel. When at lower temperature, shear bands appeared within plate. band vanished as increased, obvious delamination can be observed. further increasing dynamic recrystallization occurred surface layer increase reduced average grain size final annealing, structural more obvious. microstructural characteristics warm-rolled affect subsequent texture. Affected by delamination, different sheets have textures annealing.
