ABSTRACT
Thermal structural materials integrated with specific electromagnetic function have arised great attention in recent years. Driven by the urgent demand of multi-functional composites involving oxidation resistance, high strength and strong microwave attenuation application future speed stealth vehicle, ceramics their derivative architectures considered to be a promising candidate field high-temperature absorption (HTMA) owning tunable dielectric properties as well intrinsic excellent thermo-physical properties. This article mainly systematically summarizes state-of-art research progress temperature performance ceramic matrix from multi-scale collaborative design. Specifically, influence on microstructure SiC fibers, interfaces, meta-structure design absorbing are summarized. Besides, compatibility over infrared range Finally, prospects challenges guidelines provided more novel functional materials. Looking forward development trend technology composites, it is proposed that should devoted combination terms absorption, wide frequency bandwidth, multi-frequency resistance low density future.
