ABSTRACT
Al–Cu–Li bicrystals with different misorientation gradients were prepared to study the effect of and precipitates on initial corrosion behavior alloy by scanning electron microscopy (SEM), transmission (TEM), immersion testing, electrochemical testing. The results show that corrosions generated matrix rather than grain boundary for as-quenched alloy. rates is very limited. On other hand, aged alloy, boundaries, which suffer more severe matrix. Meanwhile, high angle (HAGB) low (LAGB) These are associated number density continuously distributed boundaries.
