ABSTRACT
Ferrite rolling is generally used to produce deep-drawn steel sheets, which can replace cold achieve short-flow production. Realizing low-cost production of steel. However, the performance ferrite products not as good rolled products. Of dynamic recrystallization microstructure have a great effect on performance. In present study, was compressed at different deformation parameters (including temperatures and strain rates) in thermo-mechanical testing system simulate behavior during regions. The flow studied, processing maps were plotted. relationship between Zener-Hollomon parameter mechanisms studied this paper. evolution characterized by optical microstructure, electron backscatter diffraction, transmission microscopy. results show that both recovery happened process. main softening mechanism recovery.
