ABSTRACT
The heat treatment was performed on the high speed laser-cladded Ni/316L coating to improve corrosion resistance. coatings were treated at temperatures of 650 °C, 700 750 °C and 800 respectively. results show that porosity independent annealing temperature chemical composition could be perfectly retained after treatment. grain size first decreased then increased with temperature. content equiaxed grains Fe19Ni precipitation phase increasing Due precipitation, resistance heat-treated higher than as-cladded coating. Based coupled effect morphology, decreased. Therefore, improved by annealing, but need applicable parameters.
