ABSTRACT
Linear friction welding (LFW) method is a solid-state manufacturing process. In the present study, GH4169 superalloy was welded using LFW method. Macro morphology and shortening of joints were investigated to understand effect variables on geometric parameters such as joint shape size. Detailed microstructural mechanical property material microstructure well properties. Compared with raw material, grains are refined, tensile strength under two sets greater than that material.
