ABSTRACT
In this paper, the differences in mechanical properties and high temperature (HT) deformation behavior between TiBw/Ti65 TiBw/TA15 composites with network structure were studied. The alloy element distribution microstructure of characterized by electron probe micro analyzer transmission microscopy. evolution during HT was analyzed back scatter diffraction. two tested at room 600–750 °C. Arrhenius artificial neural models developed to predict peak stress flow stress, respectively. results show that multiple alloying elements silicide refined grains. had higher activation energy strength under same conditions. Based on analysis microstructure, strengthening mechanisms compared mainly from fine grain strengthening, dislocation density Orowan silicide. initial recrystallization temperatures for 700 °C 750 strain rate 0.001 s-1, above better resistance.
