ABSTRACT
Using l-histidine and cerium nitrate hexahydrate as raw materials, a green effective carbon dots (Ce,N-CDs) was prepared using hydrothermal synthesis their structures were confirmed by professional equipment. The anti-bacterial anti-corrosive behaviors of Ce,N-CDs systemically evaluated plate counting method electrochemical method, respectively. By analysis, the showed high bacterial inhibition efficiency for Escherichia coli (E. coli), which up to 94.27 %. Compared with N-doping (N-CDs), exhibited an excellent ability. At 200 mg/l, its corrosion (IE) Cu higher than 90 % at different environment temperatures (308, 318, 323 K), rate (WL) sharply reduced. This attributed presence N–Cu bond formation Ce-containing passive film. film could block erosion aggressive ions. facilitated chemical adsorption on surface, quantum chemistry (QC) molecular dynamics (MD).
