ABSTRACT
axillary web syndrome is typically a consequence of lymph node dissection and rarely arises from trauma or physical exertion. A pediatric case has not been previously described. 15-year-old with prior uncomplicated pulmonary coccidioidomycosis developed tender, palpable cord originating in the right axilla extending along medial biceps after session resistance weight training. There was no history surgery malignancy. She did have adenopathy had signs relapsed coccidioidal infection. experienced near-resolution therapy. This first known syndrome, which should be included differential diagnosis when approaching patients compatible symptoms setting
