ABSTRACT
The aim of this investigation was to examine the job burnout status among health practitioners in palliative care wards within a specific province China and analyze associated factors. A multicenter cross-sectional study design utilized from August October 2023,enrolling 164 9 hospitals specified province. Data collection involved anonymous questionnaires covering basic personal information, characteristics, levels occupational burnout. self-designed general questionnaire assessed information characteristics practitioners, while Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Services Survey (MBI-HSS) measured level analysis included binary logistic univariate regression stepwise analysis, with statistical significance set at p<0.05.
