ABSTRACT
Plywood is widely used in flooring, furniture and other indoor wood products due to its natural advantages. However, the rich nutrients unique properties of plywood, it easy harbor mold, which affects use value plywood endangers people's health. In this paper, ZnO/TiO2 nanoparticles were prepared by a one-pot hydrothermal method, with anti-mold/anti-bacterial was successfully prepared. This study pioneered novelty originality growing inorganic nanocomposites on surface prepare anti-mold antimicrobial properties. The samples characterized SEM, FTIR, XRD XPS, results showed that adsorbed physical adsorption. mold resistance testing ZnO/TiO2@plywood exhibited excellent performance as content increased. Moreover, antibacterial rates against staphylococcus aureus escherichia coli 96.14% 93.36%, respectively. improvement reaction water or dissolved oxygen form electron-hole pairs, generating chemically active superoxide anion radicals hydroxyl radicals. These will directly attack bacterial cells, leading degradation organic matter thus achieving effect. Therefore, novel fundamentally improve intrinsic plywood.
