ABSTRACT
Ewing sarcoma is a highly aggressive small round cell malignant neoplasm of bone and soft tissue that typically manifested in children young adults. It most commonly primary tumor; however, extraosseous cases have been increasingly reported. We report case metastatic with the lesion occurring within limb affected by lymphedema. Lymphedema, this case, played role not only genesis tumor because relative local immunosuppression but also masking development lower mass.
