So far, the garden city model has been analysed and adopted by scholars, urban planners, institutions to design cities, new towns, suburban communities as settlements from scratch around world. In contrast, this paper explores potentialities of such a provide multi-faceted approach based on territorial, socio-economic, planning strategies, thus offering series policies combat wide range issues in existing communities.
