ABSTRACT
Single copy thaumatin-like protein (TLP) genes and multiple internal transcribed spacer (ITS) from the nucleus of corn were selected as targets, designed screened primers. The impact target sequence selection on ladder-shape melting temperature isothermal amplification (LMTIA) detection components in edible oil aspects such specificity, sensitivity, stability studied. results showed that LMTIA system targeting TLP has an optimal reaction 58 °C can detect a minimum 100 pg/μL DNA, established with ITS higher 59 °C, DNA low 1 pg/μL. Both systems have good stable reactions, no false positive observed. Conclusion: is more suitable for oil.
