ABSTRACT
Graded lattice structures have been paid wide attention in the engineering and biological fields due to their excellent energy absorption capacity variable porosity characteristics. Based on size-graded structure, laser powder bed fusion is utilized manufacture corresponding Ti-6Al-4 V samples. Then, quasi-static compression experiment conducted a predictive model for its mechanical properties established accordingly. Also, dynamic fatigue behavior studied, influence of sandblasting gradient direction response evaluated. The results show that exhibited vertical graded (VG) structure. Compared uniform elastic modulus are increased by 17.53% 59.43%, respectively. radial (RG) structure similar with minor changes capacity. However, performance RG better than VG With appropriate pores, this can simulate changing physical chemical natural bone. Therefore, it has great potentiality application bone implants.
