ABSTRACT
Compared with primary and local tumor, metastasis is more difficult to resect completely remain the leading cause of death associated solid tumors. It therefore pressing develop effective strategies prevent suppress tumor in its early stages. Heparanase overexpression significantly increased malignancy metastasis. Here, we a novel heparanase degradable heparin-based microcarrier, HBMA, for specific staining, targeting, inhibiting cells high metastatic potential. HBMA fabricated through self-assembling three components, positively charged fluorescent gold nanoclusters (KG-AuNCs), heparin polymers (HP), antisense miRNA-21 oligonucleotides (AM-21), each component playing multiple roles. Results confocal microscopy flow cytometry show that this agent has an excellent capability label selectivity. On therapeutic side, results cell viability assay, wound healing plate colony formation assay verify induces significant inhibition effect towards proliferation migration selectively target cells. The responsive AM-21 delivery, efficient activity suppression highlight as promising cancer theranostic
