ABSTRACT
Cancer patients have a shorter life expectancy because of metastasis, which is the dynamic chain events that leads to spread tumour cells distant places inside body. Cancer's development, spread, and treatment all involve fluid mechanics in some way. their associated components take advantage body's many systems as means dissemination throughout body colonisation organs. Cancerous tissues rely on blood supply for oxygen nutrition, metastasis other organs, medication delivery. cells' ability travel from main tumour, extravasate, seed metastases can be enhanced by exploiting flow lymphatic circulatory systems. cell survival circulation regulation organotropic seeding patterns are affected rates, channel size, shear stress. Therefore, cancer not only use these fluids mode transport body, but also fertile ground taking fundamental physical forces among fluids. Metastasis, tumor growth, & nanoparticle-mediated delivery under control multiscale flow-structure interaction processes, whereas an increase interstitial pressure caused vasculature's irregularity leakiness. This Review discusses role play including stresses utilised circulating tumour-associated factors. Given intriguing concerns raised physiological biology metastatic cascade, gaining insight into this process may reveal novel strategy intercepting route.
