ABSTRACT
Abstract We have prepared organo-modified mesoporous SBA-15 materials (vinyl-SBA-15) by using polypropylene glycol (PPG) as a swelling agent. PPG can be used as a good swelling agent for the synthesis of large-pore mesoporous materials. Samples were characterized by synchrotron small-angle X-ray scattering (SAXS), transmission electron microscopy (TEM), Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR), and N2 adsorption/desorption analysis.
