ABSTRACT
A new approach to the use of rice straw as a difficult-to-recycle agricultural waste was proposed. Potassium aluminosilicate obtained by spark plasma sintering an effective material for subsequent immobilization 137Cs into solid-state matrix. The sorption properties potassium from aqueous solutions were studied. effect synthesis temperature on phase composition, microstructure, and rate cesium leaching samples at 800–1000 °C pressure 25 MPa investigated.
