ABSTRACT
The Quality Control (QC) of pre-production strip sensors for the Inner Tracker (ITk) ATLAS Detector upgrade has finished, and collaboration embarked on QC test programme production sensors. This will last more than 3 years comprises evaluation approximately 22000 8 Types sensors, 2 barrel 6 endcap, be measured at many different collaborating institutes. sustained throughput requirement combined processes is around 500 per month in total. Measurement protocols have been established acceptance criteria defined accordance with terms agreed supplier. For effective monitoring results, common data file formats upon across collaboration. To enable results produced by setups various institutes, algorithms developed to collate, evaluate, plot upload measurement data. allows objective application pass/fail compilation corresponding yield These scripts used process 3000 so far, instrumental identification faulty testing progress.
