Nucleon helicity and transversity parton distributions from lattice QCD

ABSTRACT
We present the first lattice-QCD calculation of isovector polarized parton distribution functions (both helicity and transversity) using large-momentum effective field theory (LaMET) approach for direct Bjorken-$x$ dependence. review detailed steps procedure in unpolarized case, then generalize to transversity cases. also derive a new mass-correction formulation all three compare effects each finite-momentum correction lattice data calculated at $M_\pi\approx 310$ MeV. Finally, we discuss implications these results poorly known antiquark structure predict sea-flavor asymmetry transversely nucleon.
