ABSTRACT
Melt electrowriting (MEW) is an additive manufacturing (AM) technology with the ability to fabricate complex designs high-resolution. The utility of MEW studied in many fields including tissue engineering and soft robotics. However, current hardware offers only basic functionality often designed built in-house. This affects results replication across different devices slows down technological advancement. To address these issues, we present automated platform real-time process parameter monitoring control. We validate developed by demonstrating accurately print polymer structures successfully measure adjust parameters during printing process. enables collection large volumes data that can be subsequently used for further analysis system. Ultimately, concept will help become more accessible both research laboratories industry allow advancing leveraging monitoring, control collection.
