ABSTRACT
Consumption of milk is linked to improved nutrient intake and reduced risk child malnutrition in low middle-income countries. However, these benefits are contingent on the safety quality milk. Milk consumption may alleviate widespread rural Ethiopia, but milk-borne contaminants also compromise health. We aimed to: i) identify types dairy feeds used, their storage conditions, potential aflatoxin contamination; ii) assess stakeholders' knowledge about contamination along value chain; iii) parental practices feeding infants young children.
