ABSTRACT
Recently, the epidemiological profile of avian influenza has changed dramatically worldwide. Avian sampling and surveillance wholesale retail markets in Nanchang, largest city southwestern region Poyang Lake, have been conducted since 2017. The transmission pattern this was comprehensively evaluated multiple dimensions including time, subtype changes, seasonality meteorological factors. Samples were tested for A virus nucleic acids using real-time reverse transcription polymerase chain reaction, positive results typed. Wavelet coherence analysis used to reveal time-frequency variation factors associated with influenza. random forest algorithm perform a multifactorial Results revealed that highest positivity rate 42.29 % (95 CI: 41.18-43.41) occurred summer. Meteorological found be significantly on periodic basis. Random significant heterogeneity between changes rates different subtypes. Pollution concentration affected effect temperature H5 H9 subtypes followed opposite non-H5/H7/H9 rate. In winter, lower those samples higher; true spring. There is correlation pollutant Authorities should consider climatic conditions level contaminants prevention control adopt preventive measures according characteristics We recommend continued adoption 'one-health' approach integrated control.
