Despite the implementation of different strategies to fight against malaria in Burkina Faso since 2005, it remains today leading cause hospitalization and death. Adapting interventions spatial temporal distribution could help reduce this burden. This study aims determine structure stability hotspots Faso, with objective adapting at small geographical scales. Data on cases from 2013 2020 were acquired municipalities level. Municipality-wise endemicity levels mapped through information system (GIS) tools. Spatial statistical analysis using Kulldoff sweeps carried out identify hotspots. Then we monthly risk. Malaria is endemic all Faso. However, two stable main clusters (South-Western Eastern part country) are emerging seasonal reinforcement.
