ABSTRACT
The application of photodynamic therapy (PDT) has aimed at destroying tumor cells and microbiological control in infections. Experimentation vitro with individual elements a biological system enables the study mechanism action provides directions to vivo applications where cancer coexists normal microorganisms, whether opportunistic or not. combined set leads different behavior from each components isolated. In this study, we created simple model investigate effects PDT (1) on coculture macrophages (2) melanoma (3) infected E. coli (4) under combinations. Comparing 4 interacting other all them together, found that macrophage phagocytosis depends order which are exposed PDT. That indicates their relationship microenvironment. Applying effect component separately together results outcomes. These experiments provide pathways understand design new more efficient
