ABSTRACT
Since the carbon neutrality target was proposed, many countries have been facing severe challenges to emission reduction sustainably. This study is conducted using a tripartite evolutionary game model explore impact of central environmental protection inspection (CEPI) on driving reduction, and what factors influence strategic choices each party how they interact with other. The research results suggest that local governments manufacturing enterprises would choose strategies are beneficial when CEPI increases. When initial willingness all parties increases 20%, 50%–80%, time spent for whole system achieve stability decreases from 100%, 60%–30%. result "thorough inspection, regulation implementation, low-carbon management" best strategy game. Moreover, smaller cost larger benefit, greater likelihood three-party appears. has important guiding significance other developing promote by policy.
