Top flavour violating decays in general supersymmetric models

ABSTRACT
We analyse the top flavour violating decays in general supersymmetric model using mass insertion approximation. In particular, we discuss impact of a light right-handed top-squark and large mixing between first or second third generation up-squarks on processes as t -> q gamma,g . also take into account relevant experimental constraints from B-physics requirements for successfull electroweak baryogenesis squark mixings. show that mixings squarks matrix, branching ratio gamma, g (q=u,c) can be 10^{-6}.
