ABSTRACT
Early onset fetal growth restriction is a common pregnancy complication with significant risk of perinatal mortality and morbidity. The most etiology placental insufficiency, reflected by several lesions that appear restriction. Placental immune cells are involved in almost all aspects the development placenta cell imbalances have been related to complications. STRIDER trial investigated therapeutic potential sildenafil. No clinical improvements were observed, however, since sildenafil can immunological effects, we aimed investigate if alters local cells.
