ABSTRACT
In the present work a recyclable and reprocessable vitrimer suitable for pultrusion process has been formulated pultruded profile reshaped by thermoforming manufactured therefrom. A DGEBA epoxy resin with medium range viscosity bis(a-aminophenyl disulfide) as dynamic crosslinker were used synthesis of vitrimer. The thermal stability was studied thermogravimetric analysis (TGA) curing behaviour kinetics means scanning calorimeter (DSC) rheology measurements. Mechanical properties resins its counterpart fabricated carbon fibre reinforced polymers (CFRP) determined. showed fast stress relaxation at temperatures above 150 °C. Finally, proof concept, mechanical recyclability vitrimer-based have validated.
