ABSTRACT
The excellent flexibility, biocompatibility, and shape memory properties of polyurethane (PU) have attracted great attention to fabricate devices for application in the fields electronics biomedical, etc. However, it still consists a challenge polymer (SMP) materials with complicated shapes response remote stimuli precisely instantly. In this paper, we achieved ultraviolet light responsive SMP composites by direct ink writing (DIW) 3D printing (SMPU) introduction laboratory prepared lignin nanotube (LNT) as UV absorbent. We uniform morphology dissolving then controllable molecular assembling way during dialysis deionized water. printed composite PU/LNT was found reach recovery rate 99% under radiation (370 nm) 15 min. addition, tensile strength is increased 16.4 MPa, which 131% higher than that pristine PU (7.11 MPa). It worth noting glass transition temperature (Tg) changed steadily from 47 °C 33 increasing LNT content 9%, endows much wider feasibility. exploration on photo accurate provides new candidates improve development biomaterials intelligent robots.
