ABSTRACT
Electrical Discharge Machining (EDM) removes material by melting and vaporization as consequence of high temperatures generated high-frequency electrical discharges. This result changes the integrity, due to production an affected layer micro-cracks. In this study, integrity use unilateral side flushing in EDM was evaluated. The experiment consisted machining square cavities with different parameters. Analysis texture, roughness, micro-hardness were investigated. results show variations thickness at positions machined cavity showed conditions along path.
