Evaluation of environmental-economic damage caused by disturbance land in urban area is a major task. Current methodologies that are used Russia too complex and outdated. In this paper modern market economy approach proposed. It was to calculate (27 ha) illegal landfill St. Petersburg (Russia). The results were compared the obtained using official methodology for same site.
