ABSTRACT
High temperature superconductor YBa2Cu3O7-δ (HTS YBCO) nanoparticle was successfully prepared by electrospinning and sol-gel techniques. The containing a homogeneous solutions of the precursor Y-Ba-Cu acetate Poly (vinyl pyrrolidone) PVP. critical transition (Tc) samples have been found using four point probe technique. By optimizing electrospinning, process heat treatment procedure, YBCO with 78 K obtained. surface area measurements showed, high 2.0 m2/g for nanoparticle, in comparison block sample 1.0 m2/g. structural Characterizations demonstrated that, nanoparticles single phase orthorhombic structure which typical crowd diameter were 388 nm. Individual between 20 50 calcination at 950 oC does not affect to decrease samples. Electrospinning combination techniques are an effective routes realize different nanostructure morphologies superconductor. Production HTS these promising practical applications.
