ABSTRACT
The aim of the study was to determine effect in ovo administration zinc glycine chelate (Zn-Gly), and a multistrain probiotic on hatchability selected parameters cellular humoral immune response chickens. conducted 1,400 fertilized eggs from commercial broiler breeders (Ross x Ross 708). Material for consisted peripheral blood spleens chicks taken 12 h 7 d after hatching. results showed that both combined single significantly reduced chicks. flow cytometry highest percentage CD4+ T cells, CD4+CD25+, high expression KUL01 serum were obtained group supplemented with Zn-Gly In birds chelate, TCRγδ+ cells found spleen hatching d. Bu-1A+ lymphocytes Zn-Gly. CD79A observed only chelate. There no significant differences groups receiving at hatching, d, lower experimental than control group. CD8+ group, but reached value confirm strong lymphocyte proliferation stimulation mechanisms birds.
