ABSTRACT
Hemorrhagic stroke due to ruptured brain arteriovenous malformations (AVMs) is a common cause in young patients. When the AVMs are deep location, choice of endovascular intervention with arterial approach AVM embolization routine but many cases, it not feasible inability access because small and tortuous branch, however, intravenous also results high complete obliteration rates carries higher risk than intra-arterial route. We describe 36-year-old female patient diagnosed intracranial intraventricular hemorrhage who underwent transvenous AVMs, achieved near-complete clinical recovery after 1 month modified Rankin scale 1.
