ABSTRACT
Sharp recanalization for short-segment intravascular occlusion, using an endovascular route, has been described inferior vena cava (IVC) occlusion. Often, the technical challenge to management of Budd-Chiari syndrome (BCS) is occluded hepatic vein or suprahepatic IVC. Presented here, was level occlusion IVC, with resultant separation both patent IVC segments in a horizontal plane, making it technically challenging sharp recanalization. We describe use percutaneous transhepatic access into via middle under ultrasound guidance eventual segment woman BCS. This novel approach not literature and can serve as important addition guide complex
