ABSTRACT
Non-Hodgkin's lymphoma are neoplasms derived from T cells and B their precursors in the lymphoid system with higher susceptibility involvement of extra-nodal sites. Predominant ureteric is an unusual presentation. We present a case diffuse large B-cell secondary ureter who had symptoms urinary tract infection absence positive urine culture, non-responsive to broad spectrum antibiotics masquerading pyogenic leading pyelonephritis ureteritis. Radiological examination revealed mass like soft tissue thickening extending renal pelvis throughout length ureter.
